Insomnia Strikes

Okay. This just sucks. It's 8am and I can't sleep at all. The moment I put my head on the pillow I start thinking about all sorts of stuff.

" Why didn't I order an extra tandoori chicken? "

" Why on earth didn't I call? "

" Maybe I should have gone home at 1am! "

What the fuck? Can't seem to keep my mind from NOT thinking. I just can't sleep. Maybe I'm suited for those jobs that deal with clients/customers from the US or the UK time-zone.

Tried counting sheep. Tried counting Jessica Alba's. Tried singing. Tried pretending i had to sleep or else aliens would invade us. Didn't work for nuts.

I look like a fucking zombie and I thank god for blinds which is keeping the sunlight out. *Thank you blinds*

The worst part was when I ALMOST .. I repeat ALMOST fell asleep I got a sms from ... fucking RUSH. That club in Eastin Hotel telling me that it's ladies night tomorrow and bla bla bla. What the fuck?!

Remind me never to give my number on those anniversary/launch/private party nights EVER again!

Wednesday is staring me right at the face now. Suppose to have plans but i'm thinking i'm gonna FFK everyone!

Sigh.

Things that could happen between now and till i fall asleep;

1. Phone fucking rings again!

2. Someone actually gets to the office and msgs me on MSN

3. I fall asleep while writing this post

4. A cockroach invades my privacy (Luc, that's for Ah Keong)

5. Go out and drink again!


Argh.

Ok, seriously i'm currently contemplating between sleeping or staying up till Thursday.

Help.

Drink Hot Milk... Or read a very very boring book...watch DVDs...

But if it still cant work, then forget about sleeping, just get up and do something, you will eventually fall asleep when you are dead tired..

I usually don't sleep till 8am or 9am in the morning. I'm taking this herbal sleeping aid pills that work more as a slow release, just to buy myself some peace. Or you can try this Silva Method which at times work for me when I"m extremely tired yet still can't knock off (due to brain malfunction), DON'T COUNT FROM 1 TO 100. DO THE REVERSE, 100 TO 1. Or you can start off with 150. Cause from 1 to 100 you activate your mind, 100 to 1 yer shutting off yer mind. So, there go. Do I know you?

babes..so sorry about today...when i got home my dad was playin war craft..then when he was done i feel asleep..and then my fren caled to i went out and only came ack at night..sorry k...will make it up to u la k someday ....anyways wheres u? why arent u online now/?/ sleeping?? hehehehe call or msg me la if theres anything...if i dun answer..just sms ! =)

the trick is to clear ur mind before u sleep. Try abstaining from reading or watching tv.

(But personally, reading a really long and tiring book helps)

Ah Kheong is invading ur privacy? Where? *eeep* not ur bed?! Nvm, ask him to invade my table. i'll give him some tlc aight? *wink*
