The urge is back?

Was at Breakers last night for the Malaysian Open Foosball Tournament 2007. The turnout was average but it was good to see familiar friendly faces again. So is the itch to play foosball again back? Hmmm tempting but I don't think will be able to compete with the young dudes these days.

Started playing foosball on a Lowen table way back in 1996. That's like 11 years ago?! Shit. Played in the National Finals from 1998 to 2003? I think. Back then the prize money was good but the number of players were far and few. These days the prize money depends on the participants, the more players the more money.

I found out yesterday that I could have played Novice Singles and Doubles since my points are below 1300. My Points! Bugger. Still don't think I would have won anything but just for the fun of it should have.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Might be hanging out in Breakers more come next few months. The itch might be back.

~Two months no FOOTBALL?!

Late post

This is a really long overdue post. Laych sent out a mass email to almost every La Sallian and BB-ian she knew for a suprise birthday party for Wei Pin two months back. I was suprised by the turnout for it but glad I didn't miss it.

Met up with some people I haven't seen in ages. To cut a long story short, it's good to know the 'boys' are doing well. I'll let the pictures tell the story. By the way the party was in Bulldog.

Back to the future then, I'm still nursing this horrible hangover. I have no idea why it's this bad. I'll blog more later or rather tommorrow. Argh..

D-day is almost here

Tommorrow be the day of reckoning. Liverpool vs AC Milan. Athens 23rd June 2007. I haven't drank or gone out for the past three days in fear of jinxing anything. Got my scarf and jersey ready.

Drinking will start early tommorrow with hopefully, Shaun Lung. The only problem is now I really want to go to Cobra Club but plans have been made for Breakers. I'll only know where I'll end up this time tommorrow.

By the way, I'd like to introduce to you'll a closet scouser who joined Surin, Ganesh and me at Cobra Club to watch us make it to Athens.

The past weeks have been crazy. Running around meeting new people, clients and polishing off bottles of whiskey. Good things mostly.

Running some events here and there which pays the rent and other bills. Things must only get better right? Let's hope the clients pay on time first!

Countdown to CL Finals. Where to watch people?! Gimme ideas please... Told myself if Sevilla wins the UEFA CUP we'll win the CL CUP so we'll do it right? Penalties again? I'll take it anytime.

1. Shaun Lung is back! Another mad red in town with a Liverpool scarf for me! I love you dude!

2. Edgar spotted in Velvet last night! OMG. Dude, everyone misses you come out more!

3. I play excellent electronic darts when i'm drunk! LOL

4. I think Mambo once a month is much more enjoyable than every week because last night was awesome.

5. Kuma is back and making noise. Aiyo time to put up with his nonsense. Krishnan better come along I tell you.

We're (Liverpool) is going to Athens!!! Cobra Club CL Finals anyone? It's like home partically.

Been a busy two weeks. Things looking up a bit but I shall hold my tongue unless shit goes down again.

Cousin flying off today. Sigh it's gonna be a totally different home front from now on. Aunt moving in so have to be calm and always remember to breathe.

Can't wait to move out on my own though. I give myself a year from today. Err what's the date again? Have been losing track of days and dates lately.

Oh well time to run off to the airport. Sigh
