Footski Rocks

Footski rocks. I got to thank Jon Chan for introducing me to this game. Amazingly addictive plus a chance to kick your friend's ass is always something I'll wake up too.

I'm a Championship Manager addict. Played till season 2023/2024 once before my pc got attacked by some stupid virus. This is so far the closest football managerial game you get to battling it out with your friends online that I've found.

Just click on the What's Footski link to get a better idea. There is also an element of using CHEATS to win / effect the outcome of a game.

Example of a CHEAT;

1. Hand of God
- Player deliberately uses his hand to score a goal and it stands.

2. High Dive
- Player dives like he's been shot in penalty box and a penalty is given.

The number of cheats per person has depends on the amount of people in the league. The current league we're playing has 12 players and it's 5 cheats per player.

There are also post-match interviews, taunts and press releases which are just there for the fuck of it. Check out the latest press releases from our league.

Games are every Wed and Sat again pending on the number of teams involved. Got a game tonight which i know my opponent has used his cheat option on me. His cheat: Mafia's Revenge - Players will tackle opposition till something breaks

League ends May. Anyone interested for a new league after that let me know because I'm in.

On the social front looks like I got something on today at 101 East and something on Friday also. Saturday is just plainly football so anyone got plans Thursday?

And in case anyone was wondering about where I finally ended yesterday, I had a few beers and went home after a great supper of Cheese Naan and Tandoori! Awesome really.

I ain't knocking anyone off here but sometimes I just find it hard to understand how this happens when you're dealing with people who speak and write in English every single day.

Back to today. I need to be at Maison, Aloha, Hartamas and Velvet in that order by 10pm. No it's not a happy hour pub hopping spree. If only.

By the way, Aloha happy hour bottle prices are mental. RM210 for a Black Label? No wonder so many tables got bottles before 10pm.

Watched Flyboys over the weekend. Awesome movie. Maybe it's my preference for those Patriotic-fight-for-a-cause movies.



It's basically the adventures of the 'Lafayette Escadrille' squadron during World War I and the young Americans who VOLUNTEER to fly for them.


Jean Reno commander in chief. He doesn't really feature much in the film since there are alot of scenes shot in the air. Reasonable performance though.



Main star - James Franco. Pulls off the 'bad-boy' image with success. Plays a cowboy who doesn't give a shit about anyone. By the way it's a true story.

Would definately recommend it to anyone.

February already? Chinese New Year on the way which means gambling and more drinking. Open houses do calling calling.

Damn lazy to work right now. Trying to think of ways to make time go faster. I do not have a yahoo account so cannot play any yahoo games. I've triple checked my emails. What else can i do?

My first footski league also lost 2 out of 2 games. Bah. Waiting for the next league to start on Valentine's day.

February birthdays. Hmmm .. Sanjit, Mohan, Fizie, Nara, Mom, Joe, Hatish, Viji, Josey. Quite alot also. Only sober party i foresee is my mom's birthday dinner. Bro will be back so we'll have to figure something out since it's normally my sister who does the planning. Sister gonna be in Korea. Nice
